Digital content and the 14-day withdrawal right

Our plans unlock immediate access to digital files. Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases; by starting a download you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right for the content already delivered. If you have not downloaded any files, you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.

Defective or misdescribed files

If a generated file is defective (fails to slice, missing parts, wrong geometry) contact us within 14 days at [email protected] with your configuration details. We will fix the file first; if we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you receive a full refund.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are handled by Paddle back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. You can also raise a refund directly with Paddle via the receipt email.

What is not refundable

Plans where files were downloaded and work as described; redeem-code activations (they are free); filament, printing costs or hardware you bought elsewhere.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
