Terms of Service

Operator: Next Real sp. z o.o., Poland ("we"). Service: nextdesklamp.com — an online configurator and file generator for the DeskLamp 3D-printable desk lamp.

1. The service

The 3D configurator is free to use. Downloading generated print files (.3mf) requires an account and an active paid plan or a valid redeem code. Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed access period — no auto-renewal.

2. License

Starter and Premium grant a personal-use license: print the lamp for yourself, gift it, remix it at home. Selling printed lamps or prints derived from our files requires the Commercial plan. The digital files themselves may not be redistributed, resold or re-uploaded to model platforms in any plan.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record; Paddle handles VAT and invoices. See our Refund Policy.

4. Safety disclaimer

DeskLamp is a DIY 3D-print project. You assemble and use it at your own risk. Use a certified E27 lamp holder with cord and a bulb within the holder's rating; we recommend LED bulbs. Printed parts are not fire-rated — do not use incandescent bulbs above the shade's safe temperature.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for your account. We may suspend accounts that share files in breach of the license. You can request account deletion at any time (see Privacy).

6. Governing law

Polish law applies. Disputes go to the court competent for our registered office; consumers keep all statutory rights of their home country.
